The Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation tracked programme outcomes across 5 health verticals using disconnected spreadsheet reports submitted by field teams. Real-time visibility was impossible, and impact reporting to donors was delayed by weeks.
Our Solution
RWDS built a unified health data platform on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Field data was ingested via standardised forms (Microsoft Forms + Power Automate), transformed in Fabric's lakehouse, and surfaced in role-based Power BI dashboards accessible to programme managers and leadership. Bespoke visualisations were designed to meet donor reporting requirements.
